Heather Lloyd, the Founder and CEO of Concordis Education Partners, brings decades of teaching, training, and administrative expertise to her transformative work in classical, Christian schools. Leading a dedicated team, Heather's passion extends beyond administrative support to provide comprehensive gospel-centric, liberal arts consultation for 30+ schools nationwide. With extensive business experience and pedagogical insight, she uniquely guides Christian schools through foundational needs, including board development and strategic planning.
Heather envisions schools as uniquely joyful environments, serving students as individuals within classrooms, where children are trained in Christian discernment alongside mastery in academic endeavors. Through Concordis Education Partners, she endeavors to shape the landscape of classical, Christian education, and to leave an indelible mark on the children within each institution she serves.
Matt Metcalf holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. With a multifaceted career spanning public accounting, financial reporting, tax preparation, and non-profit educational financial management, he has navigated diverse roles in both large private Christian schools and small startup institutions, including serving as Headmaster. Matt looks forward to using his expertise in school management and corporate accounting to enrich the classical Christian school communities served by Concordis, partnering with them to ensure best practices and fostering growth.
Anje Rice brings years of experience working in classical Christian education. From boots on the ground help with aiding, subbing and working in the office, to her most recent role supporting school administration, Anje’s heart is to help bring Christian and classical education to communities everywhere. With her educational background in teaching followed by a Master’s in Business Administration, she is poised to provide invaluable administrative support.
With a B.S. in Education, and over 20 years of experience in homeschooling six children, Esther Paul has helped develop national programs, has served on boards for Christian organizations, aided in organizational restructuring and assisted in rhetoric development. As a strong advocate of classical, Christian education, Esther serves Concordis schools through publications and advancement.
Michael Butler has been working in IT for many years and joined the Concordis team to both enhance the internal systems at Concordis and to streamline online resources for our schools and ensure we have things running smoothly. Michael has a heart for serving the Lord and a love of Christian Education.
Bringing years of experience in the administrative field, Denise Moor has worked in insurance, church and retail office administration. While raising her family, she kept her skills fresh through a position with a temp agency and substitute teaching. Her most recent position was office manager of a church where a classical school was held, serving as liaison between the church and school.
With years of experience in corporate Human Resources, Marketing and Development, and having helped start a successful classical Christian school in NE Atlanta, GA, Christy Monjure has much to offer new classical Christian schools. Over the years, she has held many roles from academic to administrative, which give her a well-rounded understanding of what schools need in their pursuit of advancing the vision and mission of the school.
Bronwyn brings a diverse business and educational background to her role. With a specialization in the behavioral sciences, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Human Services: with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a strong supporter of the many benefits of the Classical Christian model of learning, she and her husband have a daughter who attends a local classical Christian school. Bronwyn enjoys Pilates, reading, watching college football and fundraising for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Bronwyn is thrilled to be able to work as a Concordis Liaison and partner with schools!
Aimee Norkett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications, and brings almost 20 years of visual design and digital marketing experience to the table. For the first 8 years of her career, Aimee worked in the 'Corporate America Ad Agency World'. In 2012 she detached herself from that world, and has been an independent contractor ever since, partnering with businesses, individuals, and nonprofits who are aligned with her values and committed to making the world a better place, especially for our children.
With a BA in education, seven years as a classroom teacher and 24 years homeschooling, Rochelle brings her love for classical Christian education to the Human Resources side of Concordis.
Sam has a BA in business management from Oregon State University. Having worked as a medical office manager, retail manager, and bookkeeper for non-profits and businesses alike Sam wants to see his skills and experience used to further the vision of making quality classical Christian education sustainable and ubiquitous in our communities. Sam is a happily married father of three and enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing board games.
After receiving a liberal arts degree from New Saint Andrews College, Hannah Roberts has gone on to work in filing, automotive detailing, food service as a kitchen manager--becoming food safety certified, and now bookkeeping. Hannah has a strong attention to detail and loves to help others.
Abigail Clyde has worked in many administrative settings, helping to streamline financial processes and keep detailed records for all kinds of businesses. She has worked in the classroom as a teacher and as administrative help keeping track of expenses. As a bookkeeper for Concordis she uses her teaching experience and administrative know-how to keep things running smoothly for our schools from an administration and family standpoint.
Alisa is a classical educator and university professor with a strong editorial background working for major marketing agencies. She has a passion for serving classical Christian schools and provides editorial services from a Christian worldview.
Anna McLeran obtained her bookkeeper's certification immediately following her graduation from high school and has since found great fulfillment in this field. As a homeschool graduate, she values the opportunity to apply her expertise in bookkeeping towards advancing classical Christian education, an endeavor that resonates deeply with her. Anna plays a pivotal role in supporting the mission of Concordis by diligently managing and maintaining its financial systems, ensuring the organization operates smoothly and effectively. Her dedication and skills contribute significantly to Concordis's ongoing commitment to excellence.
After several years of being a stay at home mom to her two boys, and most recently, a teacher's aide where her boys attend Christian School, Brooke brings a strong sense of leadership, eagerness, organization and administrative experience to our Concordis team. She is heavily involved in her church, where she leads worship, mentors young girls and also leads a community group with her husband of 15 years. Brooke has a passion for the Lord and strong Christian education. She enjoys reading, exercising, singing, watching her boys' sporting events, and spending time with her family.
Eddrick Moya is an accounting major at the University of Idaho, and is in his sophomore year. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Logos School in Moscow, Idaho with an Honors Degree, and has returned since to help coach middle school rugby. Eddrick now plays Rugby with the Vandals team and is hoping to fill the position of Captain some time in the near future. In addition to serving on the financial support team at Concordis, he also has experience working in excavation, concrete, and food service management
Raquel is a junior at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul where she studies Accounting. She is also pursuing minor-concentrations in finance, business leadership, and Bible. Raquel has previous experience in administrative accounting roles and is eager to serve schools as a bookkeeper for Concordis.
